Change is the constant factor of life. Companies are continuously looking for new opportunities to change. But you don’t always have the influence on change. Sometimes it just overcomes you. It is therefore important how you deal with this.
In 2012, I had a knee injury that turned my life upside down. A major change in my life followed, forcing me to chart a new course. By looking at the possibilities and adapting myself to the new situation, I created new opportunities.
This also applies to my work, where I help companies with financing or transaction issues which, among other things, anticipate on market developments or to seize opportunities. I prefer doing this in the context of making society a little better.
The first step of my new course was to obtain my MSc BA Investment Management at the Business School of Tilburg University. During my studies, I came in contact with Kempen & Co where I worked for almost five years, more than three years of this as investment strategist.
During my career I have achieved all levels of the prestigious CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program. A further step in my career towards Corporate Finance has led me to a position as advisor at JBR. Here I get the opportunity to work out financial analytical and organizational issues and work together with the client to find the solution.
