The formulation of a new strategy, the sale of a subsidiary or a group of companies, the search for and purchase of a company that complements our client’s strategy, the valuation of a business or activity, the structuring of (future) finances and/or finding a
suitable financier prepared to finance the activities: during my career at a bank I dealt with all of these things, albeit far less intensively than now. At JBR we don’t stand on the sidelines – we’re in the middle of the playing field and that makes things all the more interesting and challenging.
