I am convinced of this: companies that stick to their agreements will always be and remain successful. I also apply this to life, in general. Being clear about agreements, transparent, offering honest advice (even if it is unwelcome) and committed to seeing projects through to a successful conclusion.
This applies in particular to mergers and acquisitions, my specialty. I have a great deal of training and experience in this field; after completing my Business Studies at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, I worked for six years at Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions, a subsidiary of the Rabobank, and have spent the past six years at JBR.
