Facing various market developments and opportunities, a large healthcare organisation that provided help and homes for disabled people, wanted to evaluate its objectives and strategy and decide how best to accomplish its goals. Strategic issues were primarily related to its care services portfolio, market scope, regulation and market consolidation.
What is the best strategy for us and how do we achieve this?
We carried out in-depth research, interviewed a group of stakeholders and held various intensive management workshops to obtain a clear and shared picture of the future market, developments and the envisioned organisation.
