To anticipate a changing care market with developing customer needs, new entrants, shifting funding streams and increasing pressure on volumes, a large Dutch service provider of intramural and home care realised it needed to restructure its products and organisation.
What is the best strategy and organisational model, and how to turn this into action?
We facilitated various management workshops, conducted interviews, modelled the new organisation and prepared a management decision document. The new organisational structure was supplemented with a controlling model and transition plan. The project was characterised by a strong focus on analysis and design parameters as well as keen process management in which management changed during the process.
