About JBR
JBR is an independent
management-consulting agency. Our
company was founded in 1984 and
specialises in strategy, corporate
finance and restructuring/debt
advisory.
We work for companies with development
ambitions and help them realise those
ambitions. By providing consultancy
services, we aim to contribute towards
an ambitious and responsible society in
which people do what they are skilled
at. There are many types of clients,
and ours include (inter)national public
and private organisations, family
businesses, stock listed companies and
investors.
It goes without saying that our work
demands a thorough knowledge of markets
and methods, but this alone is not
enough. The key to our approach
includes flexibility, a close
